kimbaboo, just goes to show how little you know about ferro alloys, and the basic ignorance of ferro alloys on the GMC forum is astounding to say the least.
The obscure blogger as you say is infact one of the most prominent and knowledge person in the ferro alloy world. His name is Patrick Ryan and  the founder of Ryan's Notes which gave up to date prices for ferrous and non ferrous metals for nearly 20  years. Patrick Ryan was the leader in this field and producers and other professionals paid thousands $$ to attend his Ferro alloy conferences held annually. Membership for his daily pricing reports also cost thousands$$$pa.
Patrick Ryan  sold his business  in 2012 https://fusiondiginet.com/2012/08/22/cru-group-acquires-ryans-notes/ he is still taking an interest in the ferro alloy markets and hence his blog.
From past experience there is most likely nobody who has more contacts and is more knowledgeable in the ferro alloy industry.
I also talk from experience as I've had personal dealings with Mr Ryan in 2007 and he was extremely helpful to ConsMin shareholders during the Consolidated Minerals takeover.
I'm sorry to say but what you've just put in writing makes me think that you're a complete fool.
