CEO sells $1m+ shares and 50% of his holding and the CFO resigns one business day later. Come on guys add this to the red flags on earnings restatement and it's a clear sign to load up (on the short side). The market agrees this far with that view and now the waiting game takes place looking for the skeletons that are hiding!!!
