Kabunga is the same party that's top holder with VRC I presume, so it's possible it may be them given the fact they now are on the board with Volt and it creates a conflict of interest (Not that Stephen Hunt is worried about those thing)

With $4m in the bank and over $2 outgoing expected this quarter more money will be needed
fairly soon or is there more options available to convert by Copulos to keep the ball rolling similar to the $2M worth he converted last quarter?
