    My issue is the seller/sellers keep reloading in nice juicy round numbers but i have concluded its small sellers jumping over eachother. My guess would be buyers from the 16 cent cap raise are cutting loses. The fundam3ntaks just do nog reflect the selling, so i think its a fear thinb witn no large buyers just ones happgnto absorb scraps.
