Tom Cregan is an easy going type of guy. I doubt he would have even thought about the timing issue. Probably a bit of a mistake but its a nil issue. Tom tries to do the best he can to level the playing field for all investors not matter the size of their holding hence the quarterly updates. A high net worth individual with a history of business success. He's certainly not going to bin that over the purchase of a small amount of shares.
