Off market transfer price is the price at the date of change , Date of change was 6/3/2017 so done at 1.7c , i suppose if he doesn't come up owning more than 5% of this trust then he won't have to report being a substantial holder. Maybe he sold a majority of his 10% and in doing so claims a tax loss if he paid higher than 1.7c
