Looks odd on first glance. Transferred at what value ? (is this not a requirement of ASX... ie to show the value). I wonder who controls the AIRE Trust and whether it has any involvement with the deals being done in China with the intermediary between NET and China Telco ? Is Gooch now saying that he has no beneficial interest in the NET shares now held by the AIRE Trust ? Looking forward to seeing if a substantial shareholder notice will now be lodged by the AIRE Trust and its beneficiaries as holders of 10% of NET
