What was he thinking??...the company acquires a new business and a director starts selling (!) immediately after re-listing...that is the silliest action I have seen in years. If you do not believe in the business you just acquired, exercise a bit of common sense and personal judgment and resign from the board. Don't hang around and start selling stock immediately after re-listing....sends an awful message to the market.

Would be interesting to be a fly on the wall at the next board meeting as I suspect other directors would not be too happy with that action either.

Hope he is moved on quickly and replaced by someone who actually believes in the company and WANTS to hold its stock.
