Maybe there's a reason the sp has been neglected and there's been not much promo. Good price if you can get it and you want a decent chunk hmmm. Too bad about all those other investors who are underwater. Why buy on market when you can get set in other ways. Just a token buy to distract from the lack of contracts being written if you ask me.
