just pointing out that the signs have been there in the past and that they have been there recently as well - as pointed out by I_W. He/she just appears to be reinforcing his/her thoughts that nothing good will come out of this (but its his/her thoughts only as based on recent/past activity by the company).
my thoughts have also been posted - be wary!!! but hopefully SP will increase but be careful of further dilution and consolidation (they certainly had no second thoughts with the last substantial consolidation as to SH wealth IMO - appeared as if they knew they were going to need substantially more capital through future CR's so absolutely smashed the consolidation - 1:20 wasn't it and that didn't create any additional wealth/benefits to SH's. Okay new management but there is still the overhang of the past). all IMO so DYOR and form your own opinions.
