Small buy by Charles again. As before still not sure if he is protecting his existing share position by stopping a collapse or sees value or averaging down.? Not spending much $ so will just assume it is window dressing to appear confident so it turns up on the "insiders buy" lists that some follow and gives the newsletters a good news story to write about.
To be blunt it doesn't matter what he does as the company actually needs to show results and information that it is turning around and getting traction.
Insider trading and director rules mean that in theory all relevant news must be in the marketplace otherwise he wouldn't be able to purchase. Always doubtful if all holders understand the info out there and the timeframes. I sure don't know the odds of sucess and what is really possible .
