IMF doesn't seem to be a great trading stock IMO if you are going to sell after bad news. I trade other stocks on a 3 day basis, or sometimes overnight. But IMF has to be bought in bad times and sold in good times with a longer term view IMO. I bought many parcels around $1 to 1.20 ish, on a gut feel view of the cashflow "statistics" due to be reverting to the norm, and the first signs of that. I made an error and sold some around the 140s, and bought back in again at the same level after realising I was making an error. I plan to sell when the cashflow stats are super hot, and they have a clump of big wins in the US coming through, with the market getting excited about that. Might have to live with some swings on the way.
