Did any of you look at McLernon's selling and buying activity - he sold a big bunch at (from memory) $1.35ish about 6 months ago. If he was selling for the first time that might be different. He was also selling large quantities in Oct 2013, and Sep 2012, Nov 2011, Dec 2010 and probably further back.

Also he has not exactly been a master of timing - so to sell now on the basis of that might not be wise. IMF isn't a dodgy speculative company, where the directors are playing a zero sum game against their shareholders.
