Why would Jim Rogers buy only $3300 worth of CAS. Maybe someone on the board has pressured him to buy shares and this is his way of telling them to back off. Are there regulations that require some shareholding for a board member? Either way this looks pathetic. We need some strong statements and action. Treading water will only lead to lost money. Maybe a shake up of the team in Brazil is in order.
