Looking at current trading and having regard for volumes I think current trading suggests a large shareholder is exiting. If I had a thought process I would suspect its the ex Chairman. as you can see he recently moved shares to HSBC as nominee - If I had to guess its not TOP selling they had this company at AGM presenting so then other directors unlikely so that leaves someone with a lot more than 1.5 million that can only be the ex Chair IMO.
Since 28th 1,5 million have traded @60c. The seller wont be tempted below 60c it seems from the trading pattern.
Draw your own conclusions...
Hopefully they all get traded - although that's a tall order given that he holds 6 million.
