With the latest profit result the dividend is not really big in terms of their profits and cash flow. That is the dividend payout ratio is low.
Depends on what perspective you look at it from. Yes the dividend looks large on a yield basis. Basically a function of the stock being too cheap and not that liquid most of the time in my view.
