Rumors in France suggest Keolis is about to exit DOW and refocus its efforts on its German, French and English transport franchises some of which r in trouble due to socialist Gov't control. Some rumors suggest Keolis may pull out of all joint ventures except for the Go-Ahead Group franchise as Keolis is in a franchise with Go-Ahead Group that is about to lose a franchise in England to the Socialist London Council owned Transport for London. It needs to get the remaining out of London franchise and its other JVs do not make sense.
That is very good 4 DOW as Keolis holds a 50% shareholding in Keolis Downer that has operated the Melbourne tram network since November 2009. Keolis Downer has operated the G:link light rail line on the Gold Coast since July 2014. In March 2015, Keolis Downer purchased bus operator Australian Transit Enterprises which operates the Hornibrook Bus Lines, Link SA,Path Transit and SouthLink operations with 930 buses.
Downer would make a killing if Keolis handed its half of the franchise back, it could keep and receive the half at a cut price or it could sell it on and receive top dollar from Canadian Pacific, Canadian National, CSX Corporation, First Group, National Express or Union Pacific.
DOW should be double what it is 2day IMHO but pls DYOR?
