From the actions of Monti and the Monti entities........
This Ann - taken at face value (and reading between the lines) might lead you into thinking that the imminent Capital Raising /Share Issue will be done on a 1:4 basis......

Monti entities raised $60,500 by sale of 365,000 POK and 1,367,000 POKO.....

Monti entities retain 2,409,000 POK heads.....

Monti Retained POK shares 2,400,000 @ 1:4 issue = 600,000 POK shares....

Purchase of 600,000 POK shares as issued (1:4) @ 10 cents = $60,000....

Does Mr Richard Monti know (or has he guessed?) where the POK issuing level is going pan out??...


or is the Monti entities $60,500 cash in hand going elsewhere ???...
