Spot on OC, this company is very rare in the junior explorers ~ directors are all heavily invested in the company, do not take egregious salaries or upside options ... that point in mind the comparison of salaries vs other companies in the region ( UML & NML, etc etc ) is startling .... this is how junior explorers should be run not at the whim of the directors and their pay cheques but at the benefit of the shareholders...all the money goes into the ground. This should be the norm not the exception!!!
