Alutkeya is Western and Pandeniya is South western. It is in the rainy season during these times though not as bad and patchy wheraas mid - August onwards it can be an issue heading into Nov/december before the hot season kicks in. Weather is still hot so work can be achieved and rain not as disruptive.
