That was a fairly detailed report and I don’t think it was put together overnight just because I stirred the pot a little: however, it was welcome news just the same.

1.6 M @39gt Gold and 82.5gt Silver really are Bonanza grades and hopefully once these reach the mill we should see this reflected in the share price.

Increasing ones shareholding just prior to such news shows impeccable market timing; however, I must say I don’t begrudge it in this case. I much prefer to see the management with their skin in the game. I had previously expressed concerns about a low price take-over of the company but feel that this is now remote given that the shares appear to be in ever stronger hands for now.

I still have a private holding in my company supplying the mining industry and have recently noticed contract rates falling across the board in some cases by as much as 50%. The following news item tells and interesting story:

The point being that it may now be an opportune time to obtain a few other quotes for the mill up-grade. Finding a contractor short of work with a sharp pencil would not be too difficult to find at present IMHO! Once the ore can be delivered to the mill it would be nice to have the ability to process it in increased amounts. $2 M or less spent at this time may prove to be a golden investment.

It was gratifying to see pictures in the report of visible Gold currently I am personally having a good run in this respect as another company I am involved with also released some impressive visible Gold pictures.

As we know this company has had its share of unfortunate events; however, hopefully with these grades and a mindful eye on the safety aspects the future prospects are now looking very healthy.

I commend the current management of KRM and would just ask that the flow of news can continue.
