The director isnt the owner of the stock, so not really anything to lose. Secondly, its 4K. That's not a lot of money for a CEO on 400K p.a. That reminds me, what an absurd amount of money. Every year these fees just get bigger and bigger, no matter what company I invest in and no matter how much money that company makes (in term of bottom-line).
The stock is overvalued until there is evidence of sign. sales vols or GPM improving. As I've said forecast eps is $0.006. Definitely not cheap at the moment.
