Scott Beeton has sold 17m @ 0.3c for $52k out of a total holding of almost 1Billion Shares so not even 2%
and his brother Justin through GiddyUp has sold 60m @0.3c again out of around 1Billion so 6%

Both of there shares were issued 1/3rd at 0.4c and 2/3rd at 0.7c for a VWAP of 0.6c

I can't see anything sinister here and given their entries and placements to Sophs at 0.3c and 0.4c I can't see them raising money at less than 0.2c lest they dilute themselves away

I think 0.2c is a safe entry
