is simply moving holdings in KRM from one entity to another for whatever
reasons.(this would account for the 'no consideration" transfer)

It is interesting that Advanced Concept Holdings has sold a sizeable parcel in MML
on market two weeks ago. The company is located in the British Virgin Islands.

We should have an ann soon indicating which entity now owns these shares.

These transactions have occurred shortly after the Qtr ann which means that all
the price sensitive info is already out there and as such does not impede this
type of transaction.

Mr Phillips has a long term employment contract with KRM at the mine site
