In lieu, they are lodging claims on unpaid wages and entitlement owing to them (which will be paid ahead of all creditors - as part of Australian law).

These people knows no shame! its not enough that they drove this company to a ground. Now they are trying to prolong this side show.

As nickel prices improves and moves upwards, with a new reinvigorated board, we could finally get Barnes HIll off the ground. At least we get something out of this as oppose to under AM's care.
