two directors bought shares totalling in excess of $95,000
when the price crashed shortly after the HY report was released. they knew the stock was worth a lot more than that and got some bargains for themselves.

I spoke to a director shortly after the release of the report (not necessarily one of the above) his additional information as to where the company was heading was encouraging.

firstly as has been indicated, there is going to be a staff shake up in the US particularly at the top level, they are not happy with the performance there.

secondly Brazil while improving on previous performances was still negative by $0.5m. there are plans in place to manufacture over there, saving import duty and reducing manufacturing costs. .. they have the factory building and are waitng on approvals from authorities... they say this when this starts up there should be a significant turn around.

sales from their more recently developed white filling products are now also starting to take up.
