Good pick up with management's statement on their first fund. I think the quality of market participants is very important in determining the quality of the investment. Watch that space. With cross selling I think they have some great opportunities to cross sell between Urgent and Statseeker customers let alone new customers. If you look closely BP is a major customer for Urgent and ERST. I believe they have a really great relationship with BP as well as API. Just leveraging only these two relationships could lead to some decent growth let alone leveraging their European and US presence and other relationships. And potentially a true global presence further down in the future. ERST I believe is more of a cash cow with very limited growth opportunities. Note I would be an owner of this business and was an absolutely wonderful investment opportunity but Im currently stuck with 2 dogs that are currently f&*king up my investment model...
