mickey, you're getting worked up for someone who dosn't like this stock. fact is the only time the price was down that low was during the spp and if you look at the latest top 20 on the fwl web site you'll see a major holder that had several million shares is now not there. i'd say 90% of sales was that one holder. otherwise if other shareholders were selling then the sp would not have gone up after the spp ended. all that has happened is that the sp is back where it was before the spp which is as it should be. did it occur to you that someone might not want fwl to raise money so that it would be an easy target when the iron ore market turned? people buy and sell for many reasons.
