Just exactly how much director bought? $1300. Don't forget they get paid from FWL. Majority holders had NO INTEREST in spp at 2.2c.

Ok 2m shares at 2.1c = $42,000... FWL tried to raise $600K+, only got $215K. $215K + $42K (people bought at 2.1c instead of spp) still way SHORT of $600K+ needed.

How can you falsely accuse sellers sold 2m shares at 2.1c? They only prevented $42,000 been raised, besides (1)buyers bought at 2.1c can still participate 2.2c spp, and (2) could be new holders cannot participate spp anyway. Obviously, you don't know maths. If NOBODY sell shares at 2.1c, this spp is a BIG failure.

$42,000 hardly stop spp. Sellers need volume to get out. If you include $42,000, still way short of spp $600K+ needed to continue FWL operations.

I think the more biased view, the less likely you will get anywhere in life. If I have shares in a company, I always extremely critical of my own investment... now I'm mking millions.
