Just a quick correction re the $25k in to super.

You can only contribution $25k by way of the SG contributions or via salary sacrifice. You can contribute $150k p.a. from after tax money each year and also use the 2 year bring forward rule allowing you to contribute up to a further $300k. If you use the 2 yar bring forward rule, your contribution cap of $150k is reduced by this amount for the next 2 years.

Also, re an SMSF acquiring a related party shares, this is no longer allowed.

PS My sentiment is purely based on the fact that its is overdue for a pullback.
