Because MD Flannery gets some shares with the next capital increase. WEC Shareholders stopped the Cascade takeover in the past so the former Felix bunch did not get WEC shares for free for Cascade Coal. The collapse of KSC was a nasty planned action by the WEC management. Following a capital increase Bayan and WEC find a solution out of court and the SP rocks again to 2 $. That is what is called the "Bayan Complot". LoL.
