Hmmm. GAA haven't made profit in the last couple of years. Actually run the business into the ground as it appears. Paying massive useless directors and staff to do what? bring them back to a hopefull 1-1.5m profit. Sure it was more than that when they bought Geoscience. Who is going to fork out 4.5m to buy half of a useless company. Maybe if they sold 51% the incoming company could sack or the dead wood to halve thier wages. Maybe be worth a punt then. They are basing their sale on what they hope to earn this year. Good luck, hope they can sell thier product better to a big investor then to us shareholders. GAA and uxa assets market cap is just over a Million dollars. LOL. More sales pitches but market is not buying it anymore.
