still you don't put $1M on the table at 4 times the current share price if you are trying to stiff someone. that is serious hurt money, even for chinese.
i wonder if imx is telling the whole truth. why did duncan mcbain leave as md so suddenly? he would have been the one that did the deal with taifeng in the first place. may be someone is not placing nicely with others there now? taifeng invested $23M there previously. now they have paid another $4M. it seems they are fairly committed to the jv.
