Really good sign IMO given the final sign off on Parker Range project sale is pending.

It was noted in the latest update that the "Investment group" was seeking clarification on port access timetable. Now you would think if this is going to be an issue then Nathan wouldn't have pumped around $180K in on-market purchases in the past couple of weeks.

This is on top of the hundreds of K's he has bought at higher prices in the past.

If(when) the SPA is signed, $40mill cash is to be paid to CAZ within 6months of that date with a further $55mill within 24months or first ore shipment. Current market cap under that $40mill.

Certainly a hold at this point and tending towards a BUY IMO.

As a side note...now that Anglo are JV-ing into another CAZ project, i wonder if they might be doing some DD on Parker range project(or the entire company itself)with a view of counter bid?

I know I harp on about the POL/MIN takeover, but that is exactly what happened in that case. MIN took on a JV deal with POL for its Poondano side project in the Pilbara, a few months (from memory) later made a bid for the entire company.

Bit more to play out here IMO.
