Morningstar have put out an updated report on LEI because they took a tour of the Bris airport link. Their report was not good, they firmly believe there will be further writedowns and have lowered Fair Value to 24.50 a 10% decrease and have a buy under $19.65. Incredible how far they have sunk. Shame on management.
I think it will defintely go under $20, I'm holding a small parcel I got through the entitlement offer, will look again around 19.80.
