Massey the director has to sell to allow for greater liquidity as the Begleys hold 40% of the share interest, plus by selling these shares it allows for the share purchase placement and hence capital raising. Many analysts believe a greater liquidity in this share could exacerbate a greater share driving force one of them everyones favourite man himself (roger m..).
