What he has done is:
1. excersised his options = money into CAZ
2. Sold his shares on the market = money still stays in CAZ
3. Purchased some WFE = money into WFE.
Any good for CAZ? We have more money in the kitty dont we? This could explain the sell down of recent. The director sales provide zero negative signals to the market for CAZ if you see the picture.
