What he has done is:
1. excersised his options = money into CAZ
2. Sold his shares on the market = money still stays in CAZ
3. Purchased some WFE = money into WFE.

I have looked at both Appendix 3Ys carefully and note that neither of the directors have sold any shares. The disposals in b) are both exercise of options, not disposal strictly speaking. Getting back to 38c support level now.
