I fail to see how FAS adds any value whatsoever to gwr. Maybe one less phone bill.

any talk that FAS has infrastructure 'lined up' (or will before GWR) is ridiculously premature

GWR is at least 1-2 years ahead of FAS. Detailed deposit delineation takes a long time. Proving an economic reserve which is capable of carrying a feasibility study and then supporting 100s of Mill in capex is a lengthy process.
GWR already has a proven deposit which is of this standard. (world class)

despite the fact gwr have well and truly kept the handbrake on (why!?!?). they make FAS look like a true spec stock
