besides a very technical legal issue (may or may not get tossed out)
there seem to be way too many egos involved here
no real updates on anything
and the rebranding of the emu (snake) oil is less than impressive
but let's hope the Chinese will go for it (still no updates either)
should have dumped at 3.9 - you never learn !
and yes - wait till SLA dumps their 46(?)mill shares
