Here's a DYOR tip..
If you really want to know then I suggest working back through the ASX looking for CR/SPP announcements, then follow it up & see what happens when/if it gets voted down by shareholders at an AGM or EGM, I'm sure you'll find at least one, but I'm not sue how long you'll have to go back 1month/ 1 year.. 2years... 5years??? I'm sure you'll find one .. I think!!
Why would anyone vote it down??
