Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice - YK, page-20

Well, we are investors, looking at the facts and evidences. Look at the resolution 16 in the AGM coming, CEO coby only keeps half of his promise (25k instead of 50k) to participate in the SPP after price drop. So "certain directors" (Fred Bart, David P and Coby) only takes 125k @ 3.5 cents. But they are getting more free shares and  gold sheets to sell more in Resolution 8 (4m for bart), 9 (10m for coby), and 10 (20m for David). Even selling at 1 cents, these guys are making million of dollars profit. Some guys back then get the SP for 0.1 cent per share and sell at 2.8 cents which is about 2800% interest that's why they are taxed for, isn't it ?  What if shareholder do not approve these resolutions? ummm .... things will get ugly. 

The 3mil + was still subjected to approval of shareholders so what happens If it is voted against in the meeting ? Refund the money and get the fine bill to pay form ASICs for not complying with listing rule 7.1A. Can the company afford that ?

These guys are acting like walking on the ball in a circus.
