I know Yossi personally. He is a very straight shooter , humble and honest. He is not even close to being rich. Just middle class person, hard worker. It’s not $$$ to splash but he has a tax bill to pay as well as other commitments like everyone else does! Selling close to % of your position 30% is prudent and leaves him 70% to enjoy the upside of the shares! He’s a Big believer in the company and has a very strong conviction that we will be in the 10c mark next year
