Good points. I had shares in a graphite company and one of the founding members/director began selling shares and buying into another graphite play. It caused much angst, deep concern and a few to sell their shares. The shar e price tanked. Later we all found out that this seed funder had ambitions to become CEO of the company. The board of directors wouldn't vote him in, so he took his bat and ball and went somewhere that would. Since then his initial company has rebounded and flourished while the other was still languishing - last time I looked. You just never know
