This concerns me some because he’s a director though a non-executive one, still he would have some idea (I’m assuming) of how close they are to signing a partnership. So him selling at these prices, (say if they’re really gunning for a partnership by the end of this year) could he have not waited a month or two at the most to get a better return?
Unless, he absolutely needs the funds, asap!
