In September 2018, the Company announced the Placement under which 77,142,845 Shares (Placement Shares) were issued at a price of $0.035 per share raising $2,700,000.00 (the remaining $150,000 of the $3,000,000 will be issued to certain directors at the same price subject to Resolutions 14, 15, 16 & 17)
