T.Flavel $126K = approx 8.3MM shares.
B Mc Master $50K = approx 3.3MM shares.
excluding the above both Wood & Flavel hold a significant amount of shares. combine the above and it cranks it up.
so i would assume they would like to see a decent return on their investment.
