Sometimes you want the guys in charge to own stock, sometimes you don't.
At Troy Ken and Peter should be the ones buying stock. And I think Ken has enough to worry about on-site. At least he owns some stock and in the past he lost lots of money from the options he got for his prior work.
Peter has to pay lots of cash this year at the other company where he is a director.

Beazley already has done a huge commitment by joining the board while finances are still very weak. He won't get much renumeration anyway, so fine with me.

It makes John look very good in comparison. Owns lots of stock, gets only a fraction of what the others get and is contributing a lot behind the scenes.
