It's the furphy of the "cashless" exercise of an opinion that bugs me.
It is one thing to issue free options but another thing to issue free options with cashless exercise prices. Let's call a spade a spade. A free option with cashless exercise is not a share option in any sense of the word, it's just a share give away that occurs if the SP is in the money or where milestones have been met. Esh
