Just some notes I’ve picked up along the way...
1) The number of options granted is not excessive imo, especially so when considering the risky nature of the Project;
2) The Tanlouka options will lapse, some having done so already. They are being replaced by a new set of options vesting on first gold pour from Sanbrado at higher exercise price;
3) I believe the Directors have accepted half their Director Fees in the form of options, not cash.
4) I have absolutely no problem with options granted to keep key personnel esp. for a difficult undertaking where quality replacements would be scarce. Once again, the amount of options granted for continuous employment are very low around 77k and 100k options.
